Color and opulence: PACKWOOD GRAND 2015 style

For the second year, Packwood Grand brought together the most stylish local community of business professionals, entrepreneurs and fashion people at the Century Downs Racetrack and Casino. Over a 1000 people came to enjoy an old-style day at the races and to rock the fanciest hats they have. Packwood Grand 2015 style was a celebration of color and opulence, offering to those present a feeling of living in another era.

As it was expected, the key element of the event got the highest attention. All the guests were wearing fancy head accessories, from fedoraswide brim hats and impressive pillbox hats to self-upgraded hats and handmade fascinators. While it was obvious for us that women would do their best, we got really surprised by the men who were literally competing with the ladies in terms of style and fashion. They decided to skip for a day the classic black and white attire and showcased their creative ability to dress and impress. Many gentlemen pulled plaid blazers, rich patterns and prints, bold bow ties, and classy oxford shoes.

We would like to nominate Sharie Hunter as one of the most stylish appearances of the event. This lady perfectly managed to match the sharp and stylish deux piece look to the derby dress code rules. She also impressed us with her extravagant self-made fascinator.Packwoodgrand-7
