Booking Policies

 

– A 1-hour minimum policy applies to all appointments.

– Cancellations will be accepted with a 24 hrs minimum notice.

– New clients are subject to a 2 hrs retainer fee that will be applied to the first meeting.

A one-hour fee will be charged for late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) and no-shows.

– Late payments (10 days after the appointment) will be charged a 20% interest fee.

– A $25-$50 travelling fee will apply to areas 10km from downtown Calgary.

– Gift certificates are final sale and non-refundable.

– Prices and fees are subject to change.

– All sales are final.
