Booking Policies

 

  • A 1-hour minimum policy applies to all appointments.
  • Cancellations will be accepted with a 24 hrs minimum notice.
  • New clients are subject to a 2 hrs retainer fee that will be applied to the first meeting.
  • A fee of 1hr will be charged for late cancellations (less than 24 hrs’ notice) and no-shows.
  • Late payments (10 days after the appointment) will be charged a 20% interest fee.
  • A travelling fee will apply to areas 10km from downtown Calgary.
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable.
  • Gift certificates should be redeemed within six months from the delivery date.
  • Prices and fees are subject to change.
  • All sales are final. The client will not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
